UCLA Medical Center's Endovascular Therapy Program evaluates adults and children for central nervous system and peripheral vascular malformations and abnormalities. After multidisciplinary consultation, the optimal treatment plan (embolization alone, or with a surgical procedure) is determined.

In general, adult and pediatric patients with vascular malformations or disease requiring either closure or dilatation who express the desire for this treatment modality will be accepted. Examples include arteriovenous malformations, aneurysms, vascular tumors, and acute brain stroke.
