Research Interests
Dr. Motamedi's research work is focused on developing and improving musculoskeletal imaging techniques for CT, MRI and Ultrasound. He is also a member of the Cross Sectional Interventional Radiology Team and presently is Principal Investigator of a research study investigating the use of microwave ablation techniques to alleviate/palliate pain in patients with metastatic bone tumors (non-responsive to pain medication or radiation treatment).
