Scheduling for an Interventional Cardiovascular or Interventional Neuroradiology procedure will be completed by the referring physician's office.

How to schedule
1.	A completed radiology requisition must be faxed to •   Cardiovascular scheduler at (310) 206-2701 •   Neurovascular scheduler at (310) 267-1923
2.	The scheduler will call the patient to discuss the date and time of procedure.
